IS AN ESTATE FOR YOU?

High quality housing
Regulations require that any property available to rent must be of a certain standard. The Estate is proactively compliant with all property legislation. When properties become vacant they are freshed up before reletting.

No maintenance worries
The landlord is ususally responsible for major repairs, servicing equipment and responding to emergencies, so your maintenance costs are minimal.

Patience is a virtue
If you have your heart set on a particular estate property, you may have to sit tight – many Estates only have a change of tenant in less than 10%of their properties each year, so remember to register your interest.

Friendly way to rent
Many estate tenants report a ‘one big family’ feel, with an approachable point of contact in the Estate office to help with the management or a hands-on and neighbourly owner.
